Church Support is free to all ministries using any David C Cook curriculum line. Your free access provides valuable resources that enhance your in-person or online teaching experience.
Church Support Pro—Enrollment
To enroll for Support Pro, your Church Support profile must be associated with a David C Cook billing account.
If your account number is missing or incorrect below, please re-enter your Billing Account Number and Billing Zip Code as shown on a recent Statement or Invoice and submit your changes on this form to update the account profile information.
Once we’ve associated your profile and account number, you may complete your Support Pro enrollment here.
